At 365 Recruitment we believe in supplying an exceptional service to all our clients in order for us to be able to do this we have a strict set of procedures we follow.

• Once 365 Recruitment identify a potential customer the first thing we will do is arrange a person to person meeting with one of our dedicated consultants.

• This initial meeting is an opportunity for 365 Recruitment to present our business and the exceptional service we offer our clients.

• Communication is paramount following this presentation we listen to our clients – we need as much information from you as possible expectations of candidates KPI’s Health and Safety etc – we want to offer you a solution and will do as much as possible to tailor it to match your requirements.

• On completion of this meeting our Consultant will compile a report on the client detailing as much information as possible a copy of this report will be forwarded to the client along with all supporting paper work.

• The purpose of this report is to enable 365 Recruitment to tailor a recruitment package matched to our customers individual requirements.

• Only through listening to our clients, establishing excellent lines of communication and tailoring our solution to match them will our customers believe we stand out from the crowd.
