The Process:

• 365 are contacted by a potential candidate

• One of 365 Recruitments dedicated consultants will call you to carry out an initial telephone interview – we consider this to be an important part of the process – first impressions do count.

• Following the initial telephone interview, if 365 Recruitment believe the candidate has the relevant skills, experience and is of the right calibre to join the partnership we will arrange a person to person meeting with one of our consultants – this may take place at our office or one of our pre arranged interview centres.

• At this meeting it is an opportunity for 365 Recruitment to learn as much about the potential candidate. Eligibility for work, skills, qualifications and very importantly what the candidate expects from 365 Recruitment. The candidate would also have to complete a written test relating to the position they are applying for – at this meeting 365 recruitment would also explain the strict expectations and procedures of 365 Recruitment.

• Following this meeting 365 Recruitment would complete all reference and eligibility for work checks ensuring that the candidate was of the correct calibre to join the partnership.

• On completion of this process and if the candidate met all of 365 recruitments high expectations we would enter the candidate onto the 365 intra net making the candidate readily available for work.

• 365 Recruitment are now actively looking for work for you we will be in touch soon
